June 16 2017 - Probably the oldest and most original T110 in
the world is for sale -
It is # 47060 - making it the 22nd one made. It has only had 3
owners and has just 9882 miles. The UK owner is selling it - see below.
Tiger 110. Probably the earliest one still running. First reg 04 Jan 1954.
First 110 number was 47038 . Mine is 47060, making it the 22nd ever built .
It starts easily , and runs beautifully. Only 9882 miles from new.
It still had the original tyres hardly worn when I bought it in 2002 with 5000 miles on the clock.
Unfortunately my two replacement Knees make it no longer possible for me to continue enjoying it or maintaining it properly.
So it must be sold , as just standing is causing slow deterioration.
As I have no idea of price for such a rare beast I am open to offers. -

complete rebuild and it wasnt an early model.

This Triumph T110 For Sale on ebay and sold for £4,900. It was described as "THIS IS A VERY ORIGINAL TRIUMPH 650CC THAT HAS LAY IN A GARAGE FOR THE LAST 36 YEARS. THE BIKE IS COMPLETE AND ALSO VERY SOLID, MUD GUARDS, TOOLBOX, OIL TANK, NACELLE ETC ARE ALL GOOD. THE BIKE WHEELS AROUND OK AND THE BRAKES WORK HOWEVER THE ENGINE WONT TURN OVER THROUGH STANDING MAYBE. THE BIKE HAS 120 MPH TARGET SPEEDO. COMES WITH V5. THE BIKE NEEDS TOTAL RENOVATION P.S. It is quite an experience riding a bike with no gears, clutch and almost no brakes!
